Short Term Listing Agreement
We go to an extensive amount of effort and cost to sell your website business and we ask that you sign the Listing Agreement with us to protect our investment in your business.

The Short Term Listing Agreement is usually used when the seller of the business has already found a buyer and wants a broker to help them with the draw up of the contract, access to an Attorney, draw up of Financing and Security Interest documents and access to an Escrow agent.

This listing agreement gives WeBrokerWebsites^tm  sole and exclusive right to sell your business for 90 days to begin on the date this agreement is signed.  Please read the Listing Agreement below and fill out the online form.  (You do not need to print and mail the Listing Agreement if you agree online.)
