Telecommute Business Broker: Currently we have no positions
open
Description: We have immediate
openings for experienced business brokers. At least one year experience
is desired, but will consider other relevant experience. Ideally we
would like someone who is comfortable selling companies valued between
$100K to $5Mill who understands all aspects of dealing with top level
management and preparing their business for sale.
Duties:
You will be receiving emails and phone calls from internet businesses
that are looking for a business broker, it will be your job to screen
these potential listings and decide which ones to accept. You will
then compile listing information from data they provide and list the
business for sale on our network as well as other business for sale
sites.
Once listed you will field questions
from potential buyers and bring the sale of the business to a successful
close. Depending on how big or small the business is you might need to
step buyers and sellers through the process of Non-Disclosure, Letter of
Intent, Offer to Purchase and different tax scenarios. You also need to
be comfortable dealing with financial statements, lawyers, accounts and
tax specialists.
Location:
This is a telecommute position, you
may be located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. You need to have a
computer running Windows with Microsoft Office installed and have a high
speed internet connection.
Full time/Part time: The position can be worked as a full
time or part time position. However, you'll need to be reasonably
available from 9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri but during the time you're not
actively working on WeBrokerWebsites you may do other things. The
position should only require a 15 to 25 hour commitment each week.
Pay:
Excellent commissions, depending on
your experience you’ll receive between 25% to 35% commission for each
sale. It would be reasonable to expect to make between $75K to $100K
your first year!
